You're running your own business and looking for ways to boost your income. That's great! As any smart business owner knows, keeping your customers happy is the number one way to make a good profit. But what about boosting your income in other ways than keeping your customers happy? How can you go about increasing your paycheck? Well, it's simple. You NEED to market your business.
Marketing Your Business
If you want your income to increase, then you need to increase your brand awareness. And a great way to do this is through content creation. Why is this? Because it is through content creation that you can inform consumers of the products/services that you are selling. So, this leads us to the next question: how should I market my business?
Well, you can of course take advantage of traditional marketing methods, including TV and radio advertisements, but with the Internet exploding over the past decade, it only makes sense that you should promote your business online, right?
This leads us to content creation. Just as a boxer needs a supporter in his or her corner to help win the round, you need someone in your corner who can provide top-notch content on a consistent basis. And best of all, this content can be used for both offline and online purposes.
Let's talk about hiring a content creator in Kentucky.
Tips for Hiring a Content Creator
If your business is operating in the great Bluegrass state, you're probably wondering how you can boost your profit levels. Kentucky is well-known for being a state of success, but success doesn't come without effort. You have to put forth effort in making your business successful, or you'll be just like every other business that opens it doors and soon closes them.
One area that you should be putting forth much effort is hiring a content creator in Kentucky who can develop content for you that takes your business to the next level. If you're in need of a content creator who can get your business more visibility, Whitney Cann is the go to content creator you've been looking for.
Whitney has experience! Whitney Cann has been providing excellent content for clients for four years. She wouldn't bother with content creation if it wasn't for the freedom and money that the career provides, and fortunately for you, this means that she provides content that provides a high ROI on both a short- and long-term basis. The clients that she creates content for consistently give her "excellent" ratings. To put it simply, Whitney understands what 'good' content is all about.
Whether it be a press release, blog posting, landing page, etc..., Whitney knows how to create the content you are in need of. This isn't to say that Whitney is distinguished in every field of writing. Whitney fully understands that each niche has its own requirements and level of expertise. If she feels that she can't adequately prepare a piece of content that fully meets the needs of one of her clients, she will happily outsource it to one of her highly-experienced, top-notch content creator connections. As a result, every piece of content that Whitney provides is able to fully meet the needs of her clients.
Creating content for Kentucky consumers is a bit different than creating content for people who live in other parts of the United States. Here in Kentucky, we have our own slang as well as our own values and standards. We highly value our spiritual and family lives, and Whitney makes sure to incorporate these aspects into the content that she creates.

OK, first of all, before we dive deep into this posting, let's clear one thing up. I've only been at this whole freelancing thing for about 3 1/2 years. By no means do I consider myself a veteran.
On the other hand, through the experience that I have obtained, I do consider myself to be a writer who can fully meet the needs of my clients in terms of producing content when my clients clearly explain to me what their content needs are.
To put it simply, if you are in need of content, I can produce it for you. If I feel that I will have trouble creating it for you, I will happily outsource it to one of my highly-qualified connections who has much experience in creating the exact type of content that you are in need of.
Now, onto the good stuff. I want to discuss two different sites that provide content: Writer Access and Blogmutt.
In my opinion, Blogmutt is a JOKE! When you outsource content through Blogmutt, you don't know if you're receiving content from a person who has absolutely ZERO experience in creating content or a person who has twenty plus years of experience in producing content.
Not only that, but you have to sift through content that is produced by any number of writers, meaning you reduce your productivity time because you have to weed out the bad content from the good. Now, on the upside, you only have to accept and pay for content that pleases you (but the same applies to the content that you receive through Writer Access).
In fact, when you outsource content through Writer Access, you can rest assured that you are receiving content from someone who has much experience in creating content. Better yet, you can handpick your writer, meaning you know from the get go that the content you receive is coming from a writer who has the exact kind of experience that you're going after.
Don't get me wrong. From a writer's perspective, Blogmutt is the DREAM site. A writer with no experience at all can gain a bit of experience in producing content for clients, and possibly, just maybe, he or she might be compensated for the content that is produced.
NEVER would I want to brag, though, that I produce content for Blogmutt. This site charges clients $89 a month for a minimal number of blog posts that come from writers who may or may not have experience in creating content.
Writer Access, on the other hand, screens its writers (and constantly reviews them) and provides high-quality content for each and every blog posting at a much lower rate than Blogmutt. In fact, Blogmutt charges about $20 for a 300-word blog posting, while Writer Access charges anywhere from $5 to $50 for a blog posting that will come from a writer who has many years of experience in creating content.
All in all, my point of this posting is that if you are in need of content and you're deciding between outsourcing the content between Blogmutt or Writer Access, then Writer Access is the WAY TO GO!
Better yet, if you decide to outsource your content through me, you can bypass any type of outsourcing fee. If, however, you would like to take advantage of Writer Access, you can hire me through the Writer Access platform by clicking on this link.
Freelance writing. Is this a career path that you're thinking about jumping into? If so, you should first realize that even though making the jump is the first step, the fall down can be quite bumpy (as well as tickle your stomach a time or two) before you land on solid ground.
Unfortunately, for some of you, there is no solid ground to land on. Although writing skills can be practiced and mastered over time, there's one thing that always remains true about successful freelance writers: you either are one or you aren't.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that establishing a successful freelance writing career TAKES TIME!
I freelanced for 1.4 cents a word for nearly 3 1/2 years before I landed a gig that now pays me about $750 a week. 3 1/2 years was a long time, but it was during those years that I was able to get the feel for what freelance writing was, including how to deal with clients and how to properly network with both clients and other freelancers.
Was writing for peanuts (pennies) 3 1/2 years worth the wait? Most definitely! But it should be noted that I was blessed enough to be at a point in my life where working 20 hours for $200 a week was feasible and paid the bills. I know that not everyone can survive on $200 a week, and I couldn't have had it not been for my husband making the money that he made.
I wrote a blog posting earlier for a client about the mindset of a boxer. This is exactly what you need to have if you want to be successful as a freelance writer.
You must persevere through those days when there is no work (it's these days that you need to be marketing yourself), you must have courage to take on an assignment that you're not quite so-sure about, and you must find what motivates you.
And as any true writer will tell you, it's not the money that primarily motivates you to write. Instead, it's your passion for writing!
Writing is what I love to do, and I am very blessed that I have found clients who are willing to pay for me for the content that I produce for them.
My hope is to expand my clientele as well as my writing skills, and hopefully, keep living this dream that I've been living for the past several years. Don't get me wrong, this dream is not perfect. I most definitely have difficult days just like everyone else, but for the most part, being a freelance writer is more than I could have ever hoped for.
